Services

Integrative coaching creates and holds space for the individual to explore their beliefs and the experiences which led to those beliefs. In this space, we can discover and acknowledge the impact these have had in your life and discern what may best serve you in moving toward new ways of being.

Personal development is what occurs as a result of asking yourself the Big Questions, being honest with yourself, taking inventory, and exploring what makes you tick. While self-discovery is a wonderful tool for improving outlook and circumstances, it isn't all sunshine and rainbows. This is where we often face difficult truths -- what is referred to as "shadow work".

Embodying practices can range from body-scan type of meditations and breath work, to ecstatic dance, martial arts, yoga, even singing. What is something expressive you have done, which puts you into a flow state? A flow state can be described as a state of being where all is well and feels well, inside and out -- this flow state is a natural state, where many possibilities open up for creative expression and healing.

The goal is be able to be with yourself, to feel as you do, and to be able to tap into that flow state as needed; to be able to feel Present and Whole; and to be able to work toward goals without the intensity of the things that may have held you back in the past.

Video Chat or Phone

Video or phone discussions. We can work together to strategize a pathway toward your goals. Various somatic techniques may be utilized, such as guided meditation, brainspotting, breath or energy work, in addition to our discussions.

In Person

In person sessions are mainly body focused, utilizing yoga, isometric holds, various props and exercises, brainspotting, and breath work. Space is held for whatever may come up.
